Love & Grace Yoga Studio 

We specialize in bringing yoga to EVERYBODY! At our studio, you will find a schedule designed to bring yoga to folks who want to practice and enjoy the physical and mental benfits of yoga but don't have that "yoga body." We offer multiple weekly Chair Yoga classes and Kids & Family classes. That is our speciality! We are passionate about making yoga accessible to all different bodies regardless of age, size, ability or physical limitations. If you want to learn yoga, we have a class JUST for YOU!

New to Yoga?

We wish to extend grace to everyone especially those that are new to yoga.  We are providing a few suggestions to help you get acquainted with your yoga practice.


  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement; however, over sized shirts may cause you to become tangled during yoga.
  • Bring a water bottle
  • Don't worry about buying fancy equipment.  There are a few props that you may wish to purchase, but Love & Grace will have basic props you can use during class.
  • Feel free to bring your own mat or other props that will make your practice more enjoyable.
  • Don't eat for a couple of hours before class. Practicing on a full stomach may cause digestive issues and can make you have less energy for class.
  • Be up front with the instructor about any injuries and/or conditions that might affect your practice.  If necessary, skip or modify poses to keep from injuring yourself further.
