Studio Etiquette

• Please try to arrive 10 minutes prior to class starting to put your things in the cubbies, gather your props, and settle onto your mat.
• First time students should arrive 15 minutes early in order to fill out paperwork.
• Please remove shoes upon entering the studio and place them near the cubbies.
• Cell phones are not permitted during class. Make sure they are off or on silent when placed in the cubby.  Please do not have them on vibrate because we will hear them.
• Please refrain from wearing perfume or strong scents.
• If you borrow a mat, please sanitize it before returning it to its spot.
• Please return all props back to their appropriate place.
• If you schedule class and fail to show up or fail to cancel within 4 hours of the class, it will be deducted from your package.  Unlimited packages do not exempt you from the cancellation policy.
• If Fayette County school is cancelled for weather, the studio will be closed.

These rules are to ensure your enjoyment of the class as well as the other students.  Thank you for understanding!

• Don't worry about buying fancy equipment.  In fact, there are a few props that you may wish to eventually purchase, but Love & Grace will have the basic props that you can use during class.
• Feel free to bring your own mat or other props that will make your practice more enjoyable.
• Bring a water bottle.
• Don't eat for a couple of hours before class. Practicing on a full stomach may cause digestive issues and can make you have less energy for class.
• Be up front with the instructor about any injuries and/or conditions that might affect your practice.  If necessary, skip or modify poses to keep from injuring yourself further.
